1 day ago, I've released the final demo for my level, Lap Luster Recreation in Level Share Square and...

As I've partially expected, it turned out to be a flop, mainly because of my tinkering that made people think that it's bad in the first place, which makes me wonder if I should either improve it or abandon the entire thing.

If it's not perfect, then I don't like, because I want to reassure the art community that it's not "AI looking" and that I'm also a perfectionist.

Here's a W.I.P:

Someone had recreated the Reef Blower episode using SMC's level editor and it's crazy!

I don't condone piracy, but this is on a whole new level.

If you're somebody who strongly, moderately, or mildly opposes the current AI Bubble, I'd suggest you go take a read of an early 2000s article, written by Bill Joy called: Why The Future Doesn't Need Us.

It's basically about his fear that technologies in the 21st century would evolve to the point, where they end up endangering humanity, itself and was created sometime during the Dot Com Bubble.

I think you'd be interested by it, because it has somewhat aged well, except it didn't endanger humanity like Bill expected.

I'm announcing that I'll be archiving criticisms/rants made towards YouTube and/or its parent company, Google, in the late 2000s, (via, PreserveTube and Internet Archive) because I felt like nobody else was bothered to do so.

I've already archived videos from RescueTheTube and ChannelReviews, as of now.

So, if you want to participate in preserving the hidden part of YouTube's Golden Age, then follow these steps:

  1. Go onto YouTube and type up "youtube rant before:2008" or "youtube sucks before:2008" (it doesn't have to be 2008, just giving an example)
  2. Download it, either through a YouTube Premium subscription, PreserveTube or a YouTube video downloader (I'm not condoning piracy or anything, I'm just saying)
  3. Reupload it onto an archive site or show them on a video sharing site in a way that's considered to be fair use

That's how history can be saved through contributions, guys.

So, you can thank me later, for saving a part of YouTube that few of us have ever heard of.

P.S. I know that some creators like ChannelReviews gave critiques and mature responses instead of rants, but they somewhat count as criticism, so why not?

Admiting something...

I feel like everything has fallen apart for BitView as a retro YouTube alternative, really.

Why?

It's because the site's moderation have gotten a lot crappier thanks to the effects of the revival after Lolwut/Kolyama Party's leadership (Trust me, I've been banned for criticising the employees who support a murderer and ATreeager getting suspended), A WeVidi mod doing a lackluster job as a manager, Yikes making it famous had somehow made things way worse (Which had led them to implement a Cloudflare verifier thingy, after the mass influx of new users bloating their servers), VidLii users calling BitView corporate, if I remember correctly and many other things that have been listed by OfficialRedTech (shoutout to him for saying about the shady stuff done behind the scenes).

Since sks2002 as a co-owner is running BitView to the ground like what Google did to YouTube during the late 2000s, instead of getting it back on its feet after a year being under Lolwut's ownership with the Kolyama Party, I feel like he should just step down.

Step down and hand it to people who actually want to give it some care.

I don't care if you ban me off of WeVidi or bojanSocial, just let go of BitView as a whole and never touch a revival ever again.

I've been on that platform for 5 years after created my 3rd/4th Roblox account, only to witness the toxicity from its community turning the game into a cesspool, lack of proper updates from Multiverse ApS and declining active userbase.

But to be fair, Roblox is going down a similar path, except they keep on growing and growing and growing financially...

Anyways, back onto the topic.

I feel like we should begin to repopulate KoGaMa back towards its peak, like in the mid-2010s then Multiverse will begin caring about it again.

Sure, it'll bring in few more bad people, but trust me, it's gonna be worth pushing to be an alternative to its older and American counterpart.

...Right, guys?

Info

I just wanted to tell you guys that from now own, I'll be deactivating my current Roblox account to further cut contact from the platform, due to it being publicly traded and being involved in more controversies than in 2016 or 2019.

I've played first played Roblox before joining KoGaMa with games like Camping or some obscure FNaF roleplay games that few have known from their hearts.

What happens next?

Since I have technically quit Roblox, I'll try to play smaller games such as Super Mario Construct, Scratch (via Turbowarp) or even KoGaMa, if somebody famous kickstarted its comeback.
